The staff were beyond amazing, always going the extra mile to make sure we had a blast. The breakfast was on point, giving us the fuel we needed for our action-packed days exploring Ourense. The old town was so picturesque, with crazy cool restaurants and a vibe that we couldn't get enough of. We left wanting more of Ourense's party scene and the incredible people we met. Can't wait to come back for more!

If there's one thing we'd ask for, it's a kickass rooftop party area! It would have taken our stay to a whole new level of fun and excitement.

The location of this hotel is mind-blowingly perfect! The staff are super friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us, even serving our breakfast at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. The cafeteria downstairs is always open, allowing us to take our tea or coffee to our room. Despite being a group of 3, the room was spacious and impeccably clean. The only slight drawback was that the TV could have been a bit bigger, but overall, it was a jaw-droppingly good stay and I will definitely recommend it!

The room we had included climate control, multi-channel television, and a writing desk. The bed was extremely comfy; and there was a bath. Location: the hotel was very close to the central area and sightseeing and city center.

Some rooms even have a small balcony overlooking the street, adding a charming touch to the overall experience.

Personally, I didn't care for the bidet in the bathroom. It's just not something I'm used to and didn't find it necessary.
